DELIVERY

Orders are shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). This timeframe may be extended during periods of high order volumes (holidays, Christmas, collection launches, etc.).

Delivery in Metropolitan France by Chronopost 18 (1 to 2 working days after dispatch, Monday to Friday) or Colissimo (2-3 working days).
Delivery in Europe by Colissimo Europe (3-8 working days).

Delivery in mainland France is free from €100 with Colissimo.

RETURNS

We operate a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Except in the event of a product defect, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We also ask that you include proof of purchase (order confirmation) in your package.
